The Film Program at SCF includes the two-year A.S. Film Production Technology Degree, as well as several classes that prepare students for advanced work in digital cinema and photography beyond their Liberal Arts A.A. The A.S. program prepares students for careers in digital media. Skills learned include components and construction of narrative and documentary film and still photography, digital audio, video and graphic design, broadcast and new media programming with an emphasis on traditional and internet distribution methods. The display, sales and distribution of multimedia products are primary program outcomes.
